How testedeperformance handles your data.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Teste de Performance collects, what we use it for, who we share it with and how you can exercise your rights.

Last updated: October 27, 2026.

1. Who is responsible for the data

Teste de Performance (testedeperformance.com) is operated by HOMEM MAQUINA DESIGN E TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 11.168.295/0001-26, Rua Gago Coutinho, 6 Casa 24, Laranjeiras, Rio de Janeiro – RJ, 22221-070, Brazil, the controller of the personal data processed in the service. You can reach our data protection officer at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: name, email, password (stored encrypted, never in plain text), optional profile photo, language and email preferences.
  • Sites and pages: the addresses you add or test and the test results (scores, metrics, screenshots, technical audits and AI-readiness checks).
  • Tests without an account: the tested address and, to apply the daily limit of free tests, the IP address and a browser identifier.
  • Payments: the chosen plan and subscription status. Card details are received and stored by Stripe; we have no access to them.
  • Google data, if you connect your account: see section 5.
  • Usage and cookies: cookies required for the site to work (session and security) and, only if you allow it in the cookie notice, analytics and marketing cookies.
  • Contact: name and email you provide when you request a report by email or contact us.

3. What we use the data for

  • To provide the service: run tests, keep history, monitor pages, check uptime and show results.
  • To generate the AI analyses you request (such as Summarize with AI and AI tasks).
  • To send service emails: downtime alerts, weekly summary (you can turn it off), receipts and account notices.
  • To bill the subscription, prevent abuse and fraud and comply with legal obligations.
  • To understand site usage and improve it, with aggregated data and only with your consent to analytics cookies.

The legal bases under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13,709/2018) are performance of the contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interest (security and service improvement) and, for analytics and marketing cookies, your consent.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share only what is necessary with providers that help us deliver the service, who process it under their own terms:

  • Google (PageSpeed Insights and Lighthouse), to measure the tested pages;
  • OpenAI, for the AI analyses;
  • Stripe, for payments;
  • DigitalOcean (server hosting) and Cloudflare (content delivery and protection), to keep the service online;
  • SendGrid, to send service emails;
  • Google Analytics and Hotjar, for site usage statistics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Some of these providers keep servers outside Brazil. In those cases, the international transfer takes place to perform the contract and with the safeguards of article 33 of the LGPD. We may also share data when required by law or court order.

5. Google Search Console and Google Analytics data

You may choose to connect your Google account to see Google Search Console and Google Analytics data next to your tests. In that case:

  • Access is read-only (webmasters.readonly and analytics.readonly scopes), authorized by you on Google's screen.
  • We read only the properties you choose for each site, to show you metrics such as clicks, impressions, average position, sessions, conversions and visits from AI assistants.
  • This data may also be used in the AI analyses you request for your own page. We do not use Google data to train artificial intelligence models, for advertising or for any other purpose.
  • We do not sell this data and do not transfer it to third parties, except to the providers needed to deliver these features, when required by law, or with your consent.
  • Access tokens are stored encrypted, and the data we read is kept only temporarily (cached for a few hours) to display the screens faster.
  • You can disconnect at any time under Connectors in Teste de Performance or in your Google account security settings. When you disconnect, we revoke access and delete the token.

Teste de Performance's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. How long we keep data

We keep data while your account is active. If you delete your account in Teste de Performance, deletion is immediate and permanent. If the contract ends for another reason, data is deleted within 90 days. We keep longer only the records the law requires, such as access logs (Brazilian Internet Civil Framework) and tax data.

7. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymization or deletion of your data, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent, under the LGPD, at [email protected]. You can also edit your data under Edit profile and delete your account under Settings. You may also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Security

We use secure connections (HTTPS), encrypted passwords and tokens, per-account access control and access logs. No system is fully immune to incidents; if one affects your data, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.

9. Children

The service is not intended for people under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The last update date is at the top of this page and, for relevant changes, we will notify you by email or in the service.

This policy complements the Terms of Use.
